Ocain was last seen at his residence by a relative on the weekend - November 11, 2001.  Family members have been looking for Ocain in SW Washington and NW Oregon without any luck.  Family reported Ocain missing to the Castle Rock Police on November 14, 2001.

Ocain may have left his residence as a passenger in a dark colored vehicle.  Ocain does not drive and is somewhat disabled, (mentally challenged) according to family.
